I learned about your Project when researching the net for the location of the grave of the brother of my mother in law. This 19 year old young man lost his life while in the German navy when the ship he was on was torpedoed by a Russian submarine. I do believe your endeavour is a very worthwhile one, over time I have been in touch with many Americans that have had no chance to visit the last resting place of their loved ones and getting them a photograph of the grave and headstone is the least we can do in return for the sacrifice made, both by the deceased as well as, and maybe even more so, by the family.
