I was born in 1949, left school at 16 with four “O” levels and 3 U L.C I. certificates.

My mother comes from Bolton, where the family had a “Stone mason and Carving, plus a monumental

My Father was born in Liverpool and joined the Royal Army signal Corps. He spent time in the Middle East, riding his beloved motor bikes, as a dispatch rider.

 I worked for a “Business machine manufacturer) from 1966 to 2006. Computers from 1973 to 2006. I took early retirement on health grounds.

John is currently revisiting the whole of Shropshire having completed many for the project in other counties
