Details: 05/09/17 Aged 24 XVI. N. 12. Son of Charles and Alice Amelia Matthews, of Brooklands, Sayesbury Rd., Sawbridgeworth, Herts; husband of Florence Maud Reed (formerly Matthews). His brothers Alfred Edmund Matthews and Ernest Matthews also fell. The majority of the headstones are in very poor condition so please be aware of this if requesting an image
