25-Jul-1944 Aged 22 Son of Thomas William and Rose Florence Lee, of 4073 Drolet Street, Montreal, Province of Quebec, Canada. 52. H. 1. Brother of Trooper Russell Lee , Armoured Corps and Marion (Lee) Connors.

Thomas was educated at Olier and St. Thomas Aquinas schools and enlisted in the Black Watch in 1941. It was while fighting with his regiment near Caen that he met his death having been shot by a sniper. He was evacuated back to England but died during the operation to save his life.
