Details: Died of wounds (gas) 23rd February 1916. Age 25. Son of Louisa Wells of 112 Richmond Park Rd. Kingston-on-Thames and the late Harry Wells. Served at the Battle of Mons as (53287) Bmdr. with 88th Bty. Royal Field Artillery transf. in 1915 to R.F.C. IV. D. 34.
