Thomas Francis Fremantle (afterwards 3rd Baron Cottesloe) of Swanbourne Bucks and Wistow Leicestershire and of Florence his wife daughter of Thomas Tapling of Wrawby Lincolnshire. Scholar of Eton College. Left Eton to join the Army Sept. 1914. I. B. 12.
