Details: 22-Jun-1915 Aged 23 Son of the Hon. Johann Friedrich Bernhardt Rissik (Administrator of the Transvaal), and Mrs. Rissik, of "Linschoten," Park St., Pretoria, South Africa. Educated at Trinity College, Oxford. Joined Oxford O.T.C. at outbreak of war. Gazetted 8th Bn. Middlesex Regt., Nov., 1914. Panel 46 - 48 and 50.
