Details: 25-Sep-1915 Aged 30 Son of the Rev. Robert Macpherson, D.D., V.D., late Senior Collegiate Minister of Elgin, and Catherine Duff Macpherson. M.A., LL.B., Aberdeen University. Gladstone Memorial Prize. Hunter Gold Medal in Roman Law. Took prominent part in the literary life of the University. Member of S.R.C. Secretary 1909, and for a period was Editor of The University Magazine "Alma Mater." Assistant in Solicitors Dept. of the North British Railway Co. Panel 38.
