Details: 12/01/18 Aged 20 Plaque 31 Drowned in wreck of vessel off Orkneys Son of James Arthur and Emma Christina Gunning, of "Jasmel," 42, Northview Drive, Westcliff-on-Sea. Specially promoted to Sub-Lieut. and Gunnery Officer after 21 years' service afloat in destroyer as A.B. Native of London.
