Details: 20/01/21 Aged 26 Plaque 32 Drowned in accidental loss of vessel in Atlantic Son of William and Mary Cecilia Cuddeford, of "Sunnybank," Mortimer Common, Berks. Native of Chester. Present at Battle of Falkland Islands, Dec., 1914 (H.M.S. "Carnarvon"), and at the attack on Kronstadt; joined H.M. Submarines in 1917 and saw service in C4, D4, L9, E40, KII, and K5.
