Details: Died of wounds 20th June 1916. Age 27. Son of John and Bridget Murphy of 14 Steeple View Rd. Tralee Co. Kerry. With the landing at the Dardanelles at Lancashire Landing wounded and afterwards drafted to France. Served 12 years in the Regular Army. Won 2 Silver Cups for Sports and Gymnastics. A. 19. 48.
