Thomas Tulloh formerly of Elliston Roxburghshire and Harriet Mary Eliza Tulloh (nee Swinton); husband of the late Nora Anstice Tulloh (nee Stradling). Served in the South African Campaign. Enclosure No.4 XI. C. 11.
