Details: 26th July 1915. Age 51. Son of Frederick Eden Elliot (I.C.S.) and Marcia Cordelia Ouseley his wife; husband of Alicia Lucy Elliot (nee Robinson) of "The Howff " Ashburton Devon. Born at Gorakhpur India. Served with 2nd Bn. 1884-1904. Adjt. 1st Vol. Bn. The King's Liverpool Regt. at Liverpool 1897-1902. Commanding Regtl. Depot Warrington 1902-1904. Also served in Burmese Campaign 1885-6. II. B. 14.
