Bare of "Rokra Bushey Grove Rd., Watford, Herts. Joined Artists' Rifles, 1897. Volunteered for foreign service 4th Aug., 1914. Went to France with 1st Bn. Oct., 1914. Commanded Guard of Honour to the King, Aug., 1916. Panel 153.
