Details: Died of wounds 6th October 1917. Age 22. Son of John and Kate Headford of Sheffield; husband of Elsie Headford of 511 Rockingham Lane Sheffield. He enlisted as a Drummer Boy in 1911 and proceeded to France with his Unit in 1914. V. G. 20.
