Details: Twice Mentioned in Despatches Died of pneumonia on active service whilst serving with the Waziristan Frontier Field Force 24/11/19 Aged 33 Face 1. Long Service and Good Conduct Medal. Son of the late Ellen Roberts (formerly Sadler), of 107, Leesland Rd., Gosport, Hants, and the late Frederick Sadler (S.M. Royal Artillery). Born in Burma. Educated at Duke of York's School. Also served in Mesopotamia. (Buried Bannu Cem. 80.).
