Details: Died of cerebral haemorrhage 02/01/20 Aged 45 Face 1. Indian General Service Medal (Afghanistan). Son of the late Lewis Hamilton Evans, M.D., and Blanche Evans (nee Arnold); husband of Annie Amelia Evans, of 103, Gore St., Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Served in Somaliland Expedition (1902-4). (Buried Peshawar (Right) B.C. XXX. 7.).
