No. 7.Fourth son of the late Sir Frederick Green, K.B.E., and Lady Green, of Oaklawn, Wimbledon Park, London, England; husband of Ruth Green (now Mrs. John Badham. of 14, Hill St., Knightsbridge, London, England.). Also served in France with the 7th Division from Oct., 1914, and was seriously wounded at the first Battle of Ypres.
