Details: 1st September 1918. Age 19. Son of John Edward and Catherine Elizabeth Haggett of 41 Bride St. Barnsbury London. Was on active service in The Buffs at the Dardanelles under assumed name (Chapman). Sent home in 1917 under age. Enlisted again on his 18th Birthday. Panel 6.
