Details: 24th August 1918. Age 29. Only son of Thomas Rhys Davies and Mag Hopkins Davies of The Tonn Llanon Cardiganshire now of Bryn Derwen Llangadock Carmarthenshire. Educated at the Bristol and Aberystwyth Universities. Served for a time as a Certificated Teacher. Passed the Inter B.A. (London) and was preparing to sit for his degree in Sept. but joined May 1915. Panel 9.
