Details: Died of wounds 01/05/18 Aged 22 XI. A. 6. Son of Thomas and Sarah Ann Lake, of Old Junee, New South Wales. Native of Kerr's Creek, Orange, New South Wales. His brother, Thomas James Lake also died on service and his name is to be found on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial in France.
