Details: 11th June 1944 Panel 19 Column 1 On the Death of Lloyd Samuel Lunan Dunn The Toronto Star, Friday, March 23, 1945 Lieut. Lloyd Samuel Lunan Dunn, 30, First Hussars, previously reported missing, June 11, 1944, is now officially presumed killed in action, his widow, the former Norma Stewart, who resides on Cottingham St. has been notified. Enlisting in 1939, he went overseas in 1942, and into action on D Day. The only son of Mrs. B M Dunn and the late Cecil Dunn of Montreal, he was educated at Lake Lodge Academy, Grimsby and was employed by Dominion Tar and Chemical Co. Montreal, before enlistment
